We would like to renovate our home. How do we proceed?
Exterior plans, including painting, deck construction, pool installation, and more, must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Review, print and complete the Alterations & Modifications Request Form and submit it to In Rhodes Management before you proceed.

Contact the Superior Township Fire Department at 734-484-1996 for tips to keep your family and home safe. If you have a home security system, including fire alarm monitoring, contact the Fire Department to ensure your household and contact information is up to date so they can best serve you.
