  • An elected 5-person Board of Directors is comprised of residents who volunteer their time and meet quarterly. The Board of Directors interfaces with In Rhodes Management, our property management firm, regularly to handle the business of the community.

  • Yes. In Rhodes Management Inc. is our property management firm. All homeowners are required to provide a valid email address for official communication.

  • Great Outdoors (based in Dexter) is our street snowplowing contractor.

    If you wish to hire Great Outdoors for your driveway snowplowing, call (734) 359-6241.

  • Our neighborhood Facebook group is a great way for residents to connect, including soliciting contractor recommendations. It is a private group.

  • Green for Life (GFL) collects trash items EVERY Thursday. Recyclable items are collected EVERY OTHER Thursday.

    Yard waste is collected April through December every other week on Thursdays, alternating weeks with the pickup of recyclable items.

    It is recommended that you place your bins by the street Wednesday evening.

    Trash and recycle bins are to be stored in your garage.

    Note: Collection during holiday weeks is delayed one day. Holidays observed include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

  • Residents are required to pump their septic tanks every 3 years. Proof of completion is required every 3 years. A copy of your paid invoice reflecting the service date must be submitted to In Rhodes Management, our property management company.

  • New construction (including builder selection, site plans, home design and landscaping plans) must conform to our Bylaws.

    To initiate the process, review the Building Process page, including the six PDF documents. Complete and submit the required information to In Rhodes Management before you proceed. All plans are reviewed by the Board of Directors.

  • Any changes or additions to the exterior of your home must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors before any work may take place. This process is in place to protect the aesthetic appeal and the property values of the homes within the community.

    Requests must be submitted to In Rhodes Management. Download the Alterations & Modifications Form and submit the completed form.

    Please make sure to include a drawing or blueprint reflecting measurements as well as an itemized list of materials reflecting color or style of the selections. The more information that is provided, the better.

    Note that the normal turnaround for review of modification requests is 7 – 10 business days however the Board has up to 60 days to offer approval or denial per the Michigan Condominium Act.

  • The annual HOA meeting is held every Fall at the Superior Township Hall on Cherry Hill & Prospect Roads.

    The meeting notice and agenda is provided to all homeowners via mail and email prior to the Fall meeting.

  • No. The entire subdivision is private property and we do have a no soliciting policy, including signs near both entrances.

    If you feel threatened or a solicitor is particularly aggressive, contact the Washtenaw County Sheriff at 734-994-2911 ext. 8 to report trespassing by a solicitor against neighborhood policy.

  • Yes. Meeting minutes are available upon request for the annual HOA meeting and all board meetings. Please send your request for meeting minutes to glennborough@gmail.com.
